The holiday weekend is here! However, a few unforeseen environmental factors may dampen your 4th of July plans. The region has some rain in the weekend forecast. More shockingly, "the Cincinnati Tri-State Area is again under an air quality alert as persistent smoke from Canada has caused elevated concentrations of particulate matter, or microscopic particles in the air that can be inhaled." - City Beat. The Southwest Ohio Air Quality Agency deemed to be "unhealthy for sensitive groups," at one point this week, issuing the alert on Tuesday, which is currently into July 1st, as of the time of this article. Since the date has been extended a few times, we can’t be sure if it’ll be extended again.
