We are currently looking for 3 buyer agents to complete our TEAM. Our buyer agents can expect the following from TREO:

• Will be given leads on a rotating daily basis on all of our REO listings. We currently generate up to 50 sign/internet calls a week. At this time, we will not bring on more than 5 buyer agents to work these leads. We want to insure that you have a AWESOME pool of leads to work from.
• We will provide you will a FREE Top Producer account to help manage your leads
• We will also, input your lead's contact information into your Top Producer account and implement an email drip campaign from you. Leaving you more time to focus on selling and developing your lead sources.
• We will set up Client Portals for your leads if you request it, and we offer various other administrative duties to be performed at your request.
• TREO Realtors does not bill any monthly fees.
• TREO Realtors is not a franchise - so you pay NO franchise fee!
• TREO Realtors does not charge an administrative fee to clients.
• First 1,000 business cards are free
• Zipforms online are available at no charge to our agents
• Training is provided by Corcoran Coaching - a leading real estate consultant to high end Realtors - Free
• Attendance at weekly meetings is required - for one hour where more training is provided.
• Agent should work from home office and have the capability to fax/scan
• Computer literacy is a definite plus.

For one week, we will supply you with approximately 10-20 leads. If you sell one of our properties, there is a 50/50 split on the sale - (you will then split again with your brokearge). Otherwise, the leads are yours to keep. See how many valuable leads you can rack up in a week's time, then consider what your career would look like if you did this every week! Remember, our listings change from week to week and our properties sell FAST! If you don't like the quality of leads one week, don't worry, great listings come on the market all the time! Leads are given based on a leads schedule. If you are on schedule and a lead comes in, it's yours. No office phone time required.

At the end of the week, you will need to make a decision on whether or not to join our team.
